Your blemishes are about to get a whole lot more real as Instagram has launched their new Superzoom feature.
The photo-sharing app has released a whole host of new creative tools for their users so expect to find some amazing content popping up in your Instagram feed in the next few days.
Superzoom will work kind of like Boomerang, which is the loop feature Instagram added to their repertoire after acquiring the Boomerang app.
The Superzoom adds a creative twist to just a plain picture or video, you can easily zoom in on one object AND there will be dramatic music for added effect.
You will be able to access the Superzoom feature in your camera screen in Instagram.
Open your Instagram app and swipe right, then you will see the camera shutter button and under it are the words live Live, Boomerang and Normal but now there will be Superzoom which allows you to do so much more.
Select the Superzoom camera by swiping over to it then tap and hold to record whatever you want to zoom up on – it’s going to be your friend’s face, we know it’s going to be your friend’s face.
If you want to record a quick 3-second Superzoom, just tap once instead of tap and hold.
Instagram will also be unleashing some spooky face filters and a new Halloween sticker set for the creepy celebration just around the corner.
How to use Instagram Superzoom
Open your Instagram app and get on to the camera screen by swiping right.
Swipe your way over to the Superzoom camera.
Pick your target, be it a dog or a friend, or your own sorry face.
Tap once for a 3-second Superzoom, or tap and hold for a longer Superzoom extravaganza.
If you zoomed on a dog – cry, if you zoomed don your face – cry.
Upload to your story, or save to your camera roll and upload to your profile later.
